Nojo, a restaurant located in the heart of Rome, is the result of a project by a group of individuals with over 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry. It offers a unique blend of Japanese and international cuisine, with a touch of modern European cooking, all carefully crafted by our food and beverage team.
Visitors can enjoy the magic of the restaurant’s bamboo garden and lounge lights, accompanied by cocktails made by our bartenders and a menu that breaks away from traditional culinary norms, as chef Valerio Esse shares his vision of fusion cuisine.
Valerio Esse, born in Rome and coming from a family with a strong emphasis on cooking, honed his skills at the family restaurant before studying languages and pursuing further culinary knowledge in London through work with renowned chefs. He continued his culinary journey in Australia (Melbourne and Gold Coast) and Southeast Asia, constantly seeking new techniques and products.
